Everything about VE Hotel was amazing! I genuinely enjoyed my time in VE and especially the breakfast service provided, but what amazed me the most was deifinitely how welcoming the staff were. It was my first time to Malaysia, and VE made me want to visit there again already.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment hotel, thanks to the wonderful service and prime location. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredibly helpful and accommodating concierge and reception staff, especially Zafrul and Fish. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and no request was too difficult for them to handle. The rooms itself were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable and relaxing environment. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location of the hotel is also perfect—centrally situated with easy access to local amenities and a variety of great restaurants nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the area. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment hotel for anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and a convenient location. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was spacious with stunning city views through floor-to-ceiling windows! It also had a desk and chair, perfect for working. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and video calls worked smoothly, so remote work was no issue. The beds were super comfortable and the large TV worked great with Netflix and Youtube options. The water pressure is superb and warm water is available. Nice, spacious bathroom. The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the manager and cleaning team. They were attentive and very communicative. When we reported an issue with the smell in one room, they relocated us to another room within 10 minutes—fantastic service! The pool, gym, and sauna were well-maintained, and the pool stayed open until 10 PM. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage at reception after checkout. The location felt very safe. A subway station is just a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the city center. Plus, there are plenty of food options, a 7-Eleven, and bars right next door. We had a great stay.

Loved it the moment i parked up until the moment i checked out. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally beautiful and spacious. The team handling the online booking on Booking.com we are very quick and replying my requests and queries. The housekeeping team were quick in bringing us the extra towels required. During our stay one of the lightbulb was not working and the battery for the safe deposit was out. However, maintenance team were very quick in addressing this during our stay. This was my first stay at VE hotel it will definitely not be my last. Kudos to the team!

The check in process was seamless and swift. The room was spacious and included with toiletries. There is also an ironing facility that I appreciated as a business traveller. The English tv channels are adequate and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is connected to Nexus Mall and The Sphere which gave me access to restaurants, bars and to do a bit of shopping. There's a 7-11 store in the hotel which was great in case I need to stock up on drinks. The hotel provides drinking bottled water too. The breakfast has a variety of both local and continental dishes.

The hotel connects to Nexus Bangsar South, AEON MaxValu Prime Sphere and The Sphere. They provide shuttle buses to Bangsar South and Mid valley (one way only). The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The Healthland massage spa is at M3, their service is excellent. The gym center is very new. One sauna room at the male & female washroom. The room view is very nice.

The hospitality & the room. Adnan from secuirty was very quick to respond to our room's keycard lock issue which we appreciate. The staff are very polite & swift with their service.

Great location for those who do not want to be in city centre but prefer being closer to Bangsar / PJ. Very accessible with Grab and LRT if you don't mind a slight walk to 2 nearby stations (Universiti / Kerinchi). Check-in was quick and room was comfy. There was a minor hiccup with a clogged drain in the shower but it was resolved by the maintenance team within 15 mins of us notifying the front desk. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and quiet and had all the essentials. We liked the wooden flooring so it wasn't too cold at night.

it was in a great location, very accesible if you drive. link bridge access to The Sphere and Nexus was also convenient. the room was well designed, clean and spacious. we had a corner room with a nice view, and bed was very comfortable. check in/check out was easy, and there’s free onsite parking too.
